You are not too late. Need to fill out your application today!

To make it a little easier the night of the sign-ups, you can find the forms on the Camp Verde FFA Website. Visit the website at  http://cvhs-ffa.org

Then, click on the PALS button at the top. On the left side you will find the links to the forms you need to fill out.

Here is a list of what items you will need filled out:

ý  PALS Enrollment Form

ý  Camp Verde Town Livestock Application (under Livestock Materials on the website)

ý  Camp Verde Town Livestock Agreement (under Livestock Materials on the website. Only page 1 & 2!)

ý  Cash or check for $10.00 dues made out to CV Organized Youth
